Description - Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening and engaging with customers.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing customer accounts effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and rectify customer concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency, call centre experience, and sales pitching skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to handle customer inquiries.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage a sales pipeline and utilize technical skills to assist customers.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call centre environment with potential for remote work options.
