Marketing Manager - Adobe & SEO | AUS | WFH

We're looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager looking to lead and execute marketing across two established brands, or a talented Marketing Coordinator with outstanding creative and organizational skills, we'd love to hear from you. The role will be tailored to suit the successful candidate's experience and strengths. Regardless of title, we're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on—creating, writing, designing and delivering exceptional marketing that connects with people.

We're not looking for someone to reinvent our marketing. We already have comprehensive marketing strategies, AI operating systems, brand guidelines, content frameworks and extensive image and video libraries in place. We're looking for someone who can bring these systems to life with creativity, consistency and exceptional attention to detail

You'll work across both brands to create, coordinate and execute marketing that is authentic, engaging and commercially effective. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Depending on your experience, you'll either focus on exceptional execution as a Marketing Coordinator or take on additional strategic planning and leadership responsibilities as a Marketing Manager.

What you’ll be doing

Content creation

• Create engaging Instagram posts, carousels and captions
  
• Schedule and publish content through Later
  
• Edit short-form video into authentic, story-driven reels using simple storytelling rather than flashy transitions
  
• Repurpose our extensive image and video libraries into fresh content
  
• Write compelling copy across both brands while maintaining each brand's unique voice
  
• Draft SEO and AI-search optimised blog articles using our proprietary AI operating systems
  
• Create and schedule engaging e-newsletters
  

Website & Digital Marketing

• Update and maintain our Squarespace websites
  
• Assist with SEO implementation and optimisation
  
• Assist with Meta advertising campaigns, including creating ad creative, copy and campaign assets
  
• Monitor website content and recommend improvements
  

Graphic Design

• Design digital and print marketing collateral including:
  
• Billboards
  
• Brochures
  
• Flyers
  
• Signage
  
• Sales collateral
  
• Presentation material
  
• Digital advertising
  
• Social media graphics
  

Partnerships & Campaigns

• Coordinate gifted stays and creator collaborations
  
• Manage sponsorship opportunities
  
• Coordinate partnerships with local businesses and brands
  
• Assist with artist-in-residence programs
  
• Liaise with creators, influencers and collaborators from initial outreach through to campaign completion
  
• Coordinate campaign deliverables and reporting
  

Marketing Coordination

• Maintain marketing calendars
  
• Coordinate campaigns across both brands
  
• Ensure consistent branding across all channels
  
• Brief our internal team when additional photography or video content is required
  
• Coordinate with suppliers and external creatives where required
  

Additional responsibilities for a Marketing Manager

Depending on your experience, the role may also include:

• Helping refine and implement marketing strategy
  
• Planning and managing marketing campaigns
  
• Managing campaign budgets
  
• Monitoring marketing performance and reporting on key metrics
  
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen both brands
  
• Mentoring junior marketing team members or contractors
  
• Working closely with leadership to prioritise marketing initiatives
  

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

• Exceptional written English with a strong understanding of Australian language, tone and cultural nuances
  
• Outstanding copywriting and storytelling skills
  
• Excellent attention to detail
  
• Strong organisational and time management skills
  
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Strong Canva skills
  
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe InDesign
  
• Experience updating Squarespace websites
  
• Experience scheduling content through Later or similar platforms
  
• Confidence using AI as a productivity tool while applying your own judgement, creativity and critical thinking
  
• A proactive approach and the confidence to ask questions, identify opportunities and suggest improvements
