Supply Chain Management Analyst (SCM)

Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to meet the organization's procurement needs.
• Vendor management and quote negotiation to secure cost-effective and quality goods or services.
• Creating and managing purchase orders for the procurement of materials, goods, or services.
• Monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and optimizing inventory to meet demand.
• Contacting vendors to confirm orders, negotiate terms, discuss pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
• Addressing any discrepancies, delays, or quality issues related to purchase orders and working towards resolutions.
• Monitoring the status of sales orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work onsite 100% of the time (Ortigas Pasig City).
• Experience working with US based clients (Preferred).
• Flexible to work night shifts (any 9 hours between 9:00PM - 9:00 AM Manila Time with possible extended hours (over time) if needed.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in Excel is a must.
• Good communication skills (Both verbal and written).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a team player.
