Supply Chain Executive

The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for the day-to-day execution of supply chain activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery of materials and components needed for the production and maintenance of our electric motorcycles. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

 Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process, including generating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels and implementing inventory control measures.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, negotiating pricing and lead times.
• Manage logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of materials and finished goods.
• Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Manage supplier relationships, building strong partnerships and resolving any issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to supply chain management.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to purchase orders, invoices, and supplier information.
• Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Forecast material demand based on production schedules and historical data.
• Manage the import/export of parts and finished goods (if applicable).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Associate's degree with relevant experience may be considered.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus. Entry-level candidates with strong internships in supply chain will be considered.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or other supply chain management software is preferred, but experience with inventory management software is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures (if applicable).
