Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least High School Graduate/Senior High School Graduate
- At least 6 months call center experience required (Healthcare Account)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to handle inbound customer calls
- Willing to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Willing to work a shifting schedule
- Can start asap
- Salary will be based on experience, interview performance, and assessment results
- Locations: Ortigas or Eastwood
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound calls from patients, members, providers, or healthcare customers
- Assist customers with account, benefits, eligibility, billing, and service-related concerns
- Provide accurate and appropriate information based on established processes and guidelines
- Assist with basic inquiries regarding healthcare plans, coverage, claims, appointments, and services
- Resolve basic customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or next steps
- Escalate complex or sensitive healthcare concerns to the appropriate department or support team
- Follow established healthcare, customer service, privacy, and compliance procedures
