Job Purpose

The role supports daily supply chain compliance and operational excellence activities while ensuring accurate and timely data for internal stakeholders. Specifically, this position provides centralized operational execution for the KN ISC Infor Nexus Neutral Air and Neutral Road products across Asia Pacific origins (VN, CN, JP, ID), managing the end-to-end process flow: PO → Pack Plan → Supplier Booking → Shipment Creation → Carrier Execution → ASN + Visibility. The position proactively monitors account performance metrics, drives continuous improvement, and maintains data quality through exception management.

Main Responsibilities

• Identifies operational issues and implements preventive solutions to avoid service failures and support operational excellence.
• Sets up and maintains system-generated reports to ensure accurate, timely, and visible shipment data for customers.
• Coordinates with global stations to secure timely responses and reinforces adherence to SOP requirements.
• Resolves conflicts among origins, destinations, carriers, and suppliers through fact-based analysis and local handling where possible.
• Shares best practices across stations to support customer growth and enhance overall service quality.
• Prepares and delivers data quality reports (daily to yearly) to CCL/OCC team and internal stakeholders in an organized and timely manner.
• Collaborates with internal departments to meet SLA standards and ensure operational commitments for key ISC customers.
• Builds strong internal network relationships, maintains up-to-date account documentation, drives process visibility, leads corrective actions, and co-creates continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the supply chain value roadmap.

Infor Nexus Platform Operations (Neutral Air & Road):

• Monitors and manages Purchase Orders, Pack Plans, and Supplier Bookings within the InforNexus platform (ISC Control Tower module)
• Creates shipments, coordinates carrier execution, and ensures timely ASN (Advanced Shipment Notice) updates for customer visibility.
• Executes Neutral Air and Neutral Road task workflows per established Working Instructions (WI) for ASICS and UnderArmour accounts.
• Validates accuracy of manual data entries; flags and escalates data discrepancies to maintain process integrity.
• Processes Shipping Order Approvals within the Neutral Road workflow.
• Liaises with Country CCLs on order allocation and supplier communication matters across VN, CN, JP, ID origins.
• Manages booking exceptions, schedule mismatches, and carrierrelated issues within the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, pricing, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams.
• Experience with order management and supply chain visibility platforms (e.g., Infor Nexus, GT Nexus, or similar tools) is an advantage.
• Understanding of freight forwarding operations and the shipment lifecycle from booking to delivery.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
