Site Logistics Assistant Manager
Danao City, Cebu | On-site | Full-time, Dayshift
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, lead, and control warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts.
- Direct and oversee day-to-day site activities to maintain smooth, uninterrupted inbound, outbound, and inventory flows.
- Partner with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and external service providers to ensure the reliability and proper upkeep of cold and dry storage facilities, material handling equipment, and warehouse utilities.
- Monitor stock aging closely, identifying and flagging near-expiry or slow-moving items for timely and proper disposition.
- Enforce full compliance with prescribed receiving, handling, and storage guidelines across all raw and packaging materials at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in warehouse and inventory management within a manufacturing environment (open to candidates from any manufacturing industry).
- Extensive hands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control processes, and SAP or other major ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills, with a track record of building positive cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to direct teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in Danao City, Cebu, nearby municipalities, or have local relatives in the area.
