Job Purpose

This role is key in managing export shipments,  Responsibilities include overseeing registering shipments, booking with carriers, and uploading customer documents. The position ensures accurate record-keeping, effective coordination with internal teams and carriers, and timely, efficient delivery of shipments, helping maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage export shipments based on client profiles and business needs, ensuring optimal practices in EDI order processing and shipment handling.
• Create shipment entries and prepare related files, ensuring accurate routing and verifying sailing details against carrier websites.
• Address escalations raised by the Key Account Manager (KAM) to resolve issues promptly.
• Process transactions efficiently, including data entry, updating, and producing ISF documents, and archiving via JScan.
• Chase missing documents by coordinating with shipping lines.
• Monitor and report shipments, ensuring missing documents (Commercial Invoice, ISF, SWB/ECB) are tracked, and send weekly reports with associated document links.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality service and manage communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sea Logistics or a similar role.
• Knowledge of PSF processes and invoicing.
• Proficient in MS Outlook and basic Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of international geography and shipping operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
• Willing to work on Philippine public holidays as required.
