We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Clearing and Settlements Processor .

In this role, you will:

• Guaranty the efficient and timely processing of all orders (subscriptions and redemptions) received from the Dealing in respect of existing procedures.
• Verify, store all kind of documents (contract notes, statements) and perform a proper follow-up when required.
• Process call backs in a timely manner and raise issues as quicly as possible.
• Provide efficient, timely and precise responses to all inquiries raised by external counterparties and internal departments.
• Ensure that all rules, procedures and standards are strictly applied. What you will need to succeed in.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Knowledge of the banking industry.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office.
• Analytical skills and well organized.
• Good communication skills, team player and client oriented.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
