Job Description Bridges the gap between office management and field operations. This role is unique because it combines standard HR tasks (recruitment and payroll) with industry-specific administrative duties, such as coordinating with installation technicians and managing solar project documentation.

HR & Recruitment
Post job ads for solar installers/technicians, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.

Payroll & Records
Track field crew attendance and leave; assist in payroll preparation and salary administration.

Onboarding
Coordinate orientation for new technicians, including safety policy reviews and equipment issuance.

Reports/Database
Maintain and update computer records

Solar Operations
Manage solar project workflows and process permit documents.

Office Admin
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, uniform/PPE issuance, and general clerical tasks like filing and answering calls.

Scheduling
Coordinate service jobs, maintain calendars, and support meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in HR or general administration.
25 - 35 years old
Willing to render overtime (during work or rest days)

Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for data entry and reporting.
Knowledge of local labor laws and government-mandated benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig, BIR).
Handle multiple solar project deadlines.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
Detail-Oriented | Communication | Multitasking
