Bank Consumer and Corporate Loans Operations Department Head

Are you a strong leader with extensive experience in loans operations, process management, and team leadership? Join our team and take the lead in managing critical operations supporting our Consumer and Corporate Loans business.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the Payment and Transaction Processing Unit, Loan Administration Unit, and PDC Management Unit of the Consumer and Corporate Loans Operations Department

• Manage end to end loan operations, including:

1. Loan booking and disbursements

2. Payment processing and posting

3. Adjustments and reversals

4. Credit and debit transactions

5. PDC warehousing, check deferments, pullout, and clearing

6. Cashback rebates for mortgage loans

7. Interest repricing for mortgage and corporate loans

• Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to established policies, procedures, and controls

• Lead and develop high performing teams through effective staffing, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives

• Review and approve process enhancements, spearhead projects, and drive cost saving initiatives

• Manage exceptions, escalate critical issues, and ensure timely implementation of projects

• Monitor operational expenses, provide MIS reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements

What We Need:

• College Graduate

• Strong leadership, analytical, and process-oriented mindset

• At least 3 years of experience managing a unit and leading a team of at least 3 staff members

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in banking and loans operations, particularly in consumer and corporate lending, is highly preferred
