Corporate Credit Supervisor

Conduct initial credit assessment of corporate borrowers, including major shareholders and directors, and identify additional information required for evaluation.
Partner with the Account Officer in conducting client interviews and business site inspections to validate operations and assess overall credit risk.
Verify borrower credit standing through Loandex, NFIS, and other accredited credit information providers.
Perform trade verification with key customers and suppliers to validate business credibility and payment behavior.
Review and analyze bank statements to assess cash flow, liquidity, and repayment capacity.
Prepare comprehensive financial analysis based on audited financial statements, including ratio analysis and trend evaluation.
Develop detailed credit proposals covering:
Company profile and business overview
Financial performance and analysis
Credit investigation findings
Trade and bank verification results
Site inspection observations
Recommended credit structure and loan package
Prepare financial projections, when required, to support credit recommendations.
Present credit proposals to the Credit Committee (CreCom) within the prescribed approval authority.
Conduct periodic credit reviews, credit line renewals, and evaluations for additional loan facilities to ensure portfolio quality.
QualificationsEducation Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in corporate credit evaluation, credit underwriting, or financial analysis within a commercial bank, thrift bank, rural bank, or financing company.
Demonstrated experience in evaluating business loan applications and preparing comprehensive credit recommendations for corporate borrowers.
Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials in Finance or Accounting may be considered for entry-level credit analyst opportunities.
