Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience
- Core Skills: Business Analysis, POS Implementation, Retail Systems, Requirements Gathering, Functional Requirements Documentation (FDS/FRD), Process Mapping, Stakeholder Management, SIT, UAT, and Defect Management.
- Technical / Functional Knowledge: POS-to-ERP Integration, Inventory Management, Payment Processing, CRM/Loyalty Integration, Master Data, Reporting Requirements, User Stories, Use Cases, and Requirements Traceability.
- Preferred Experience: End-to-End POS Implementation or Major Upgrade, Multi-Store Retail Deployment (100+ Stores), Retail Store Operations, Cutover, Go-Live, and Post-Implementation Support.
