Position: Data Analyst
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 75,000 gross
Work Set Up: Hybrid (1-2x a month onsite)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with advanced SQL and Excel proficiency
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
- Excellent communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in data analytics/reporting; knowledge of ETL, data governance, or Python/R is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for reporting, analytics, and performance metrics
- Build and maintain data models, queries, and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) for insights and reporting
- Perform data analysis, validation, and trend identification to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Identify performance gaps and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support reporting, collaborate with teams, and handle ad hoc analytical tasks as needed
