We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated Accounting Associate who is eager to build a career in finance and accounting while contributing to the company's continued growth.

What You'll Do

As an Accounting Associate, you will support the day-to-day accounting operations by ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards .

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, record, and maintain accurate accounting entries and financial transactions.

Assist in processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting activities.

Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and financial records.

Prepare supporting schedules, reports, and documentation for month-end and year-end closing.

Monitor and verify the completeness and accuracy of financial documents.

Assist in preparing government reports and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Maintain organized accounting records and filing systems.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions and documentation.

Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and reports.

Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Experience using accounting software is an advantage but not required.

Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information.

Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Able to reliably commute or relocate to Ortigas before starting work.

Willing to render overtime when necessary during month-end closing, audits, or report

preparation.
