Retail Sales Associate

· Responsible for the achievement of the store KPI, excellent customer service, good general housekeeping and proper visual standard.
· Ensure the attainment of sales and target of the branch.
· Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
· Recommends possible solutions and actions to address customer complaints.
· Ensures that items are properly tagged and displayed in accordance with approved store visual standards.
· Maintains appropriate stock levels in the branch.
· Ensure that all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.
· Monitors and analyzes merchandise movement and recommends appropriate actions for slow moving items.
· Ensures that all concern staff are effectively executing their assigned tasks and functions.
· Performs regular review on branch staff performance.
· Ensures smooth implementation of company policies, systems and procedures and regulations in the branch level.
· Ensure proper training of staff prior to deployment.
· Produces regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
· Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company which your superior may ask or direct you to perform.
· 2- 3 years of working experience in the related field.
· With experience in supervising store specializing in retail store operations
