- Engage customers to understand their vehicle needs.
- Provide detailed information on car/truck features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory and market trends.
- Build relationships through excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with finance teams for financing options.
- Basic Salary + Commision and Incentive Pay
- 13th and 14th month pay
