JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field;
- CPA or CMA certificate is an advantage
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in general accounting or financial management
- Experience in Telecommunication Industry Accounting will be advantage
- Can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work in Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement an efficient organizational framework for the Finance Management Department, optimizing processes in line with business strategies and financial objectives of the project team.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and provide regular reports on operational outcomes, income, expenses, and financial plan progress to assist leadership in data-driven decision-making.
- Manage all aspects of taxation, including accurate accruals, timely filings and payments, periodic self-assessments, audit coordination, and strategic tax planning.
- Execute additional key responsibilities as delegated by executive management.
- Guide and nurture the Finance Department to meet corporate standards while fostering teamwork, consistency, and operational excellence.
