Position: CSR Team Lead

Salary Offer: Php45,000-Php50,000

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- With at least 5-7 years customer service experience
- With at least 2-3 years team lead experience is an advantage
- Amenable to work either in Pasay or Taguig
- Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support your team to achieve high performance and deliver results efficiently.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment by setting clear objectives and helping each team member perform at their best.
- Serve as a link between your team and senior management, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of tasks.
- Take an active role in identifying issues, resolving conflicts, and promoting continuous growth and development within the team.
- Compile and present data-driven reports from various sources in a clear and organized manner using Excel.
- Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
