POSITION: HR and Admin Assistant (Online Interview)

WORK LOCATION: Makati City
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
SALARY: Php18,000-Php25,000
WORK SET UP: Work on site
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree holder In human resource or any related course.
- Open for fresh graduate
- With experience is advantage
- Willing to work on site in Makati City
- Amendable to attend interviews
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters
- Coordinate new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
- Maintain and update personnel records, including hiring, transfers, and terminations
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing mail, and organizing digital and physical files
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
