- In charge with the update of Bin Card.
- Ensures that materials are properly arranged on their designated areas.
- Assist on the monthly stocktaking.
- Perform duties assigned by superior from time to time.
- Process inventory for delivery, sort, organize and inventory in the proper location
- Remove inventory from trucks and delivery to proper location
- Problem-solving skills to identify and address issues in warehouse operations and implement efficient solutions.
- Manage warehousing activities including receiving, storage and distribution or issuance of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting monthly inventory.
- Ordering stocks.
- High School Graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in inventory management and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software for tracking inventory and generating reports.
- Familiarity with inventory software, and able to upload data into the company system
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfilment, and inventory control.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to be assigned San Pedro, Laguna
