Upper Primary to Secondary Math Teacher

Instructional
- Teach students according to the competencies required in the Singapore Maths Curriculum.
- Prepare classroom area, worksheets, and manipulatives for class.
- Identify students' needs and address them accordingly.
- Incorporate the concept of growth mindset in their dealings with the students through language and example.
- Curriculum and instructional development activities.
- Maintain standardized workspace tools – google classrooms, class records, IWPs, etc.
- Help the RO in preparing for events like Moving Up Ceremony, Christmas programs and other special events.
- Provide assessment and evaluation of students' progress and concerns
- Laptop / desktop / tablet with webcam and headset
- Reliable Internet Connection
- Conducive environment for teaching (quiet and well lit)
- Willing to create positive and engaging math learning experiences for students.
- With a Bachelor's Degree in Education Major in Education, Mathematics or any related Engineering courses. (Other courses may still apply)
- With a positive attitude, passion for teaching, strong communication and interpersonal skills, be analytical, and wants to make a difference in the life of the child.
