- Upload clear and high quality product images.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels.
- Restock products to avoid shortages or delays.
- Order Processing
- Confirm order promptly.
- Prepare and package items carefully for shipment.
- Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and politely.
- Handle complaints, returns, and refunds professionally.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Promote products through social media, ads or email marketing.
- Payment Handling
- Ensure secure and smooth transaction processes.
- Keep accurate financial records.
- Shipping and Delivery Coordination
- Arrange timely shipping
- Provide tracking information to customers.
- Maintaining Online Store
- Update website or platform regularly.
- Fix any technical issues or error quickly.
- Market Research and Product Development
- Stay updated on trends and customer preferences
- Adjust product offerings based on market demand.
- Must be skilled in operating and managing Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok accounts.
- 1-3 years of experience
- At least High school graduate
