Travel Account Specialist

Job Description We are seeking Travel Account Specialists to assist clients with flight, hotel, and travel-related inquiries. This role focuses on ensuring smooth bookings and delivering accurate information to create excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist clients with bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Provide accurate details on travel options, schedules, and promotions
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary
- Meet service quality and customer satisfaction targets
- Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on travel systems and company procedures
- With at least 6 months of Call Center experience
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
