1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
2. At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.
3. Knowledge of HR processes, labor regulations, and employment documentation.
4. Experience in handling timekeeping, employee benefits administration, contracts and performance evaluation is preferred.
5. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
9. Capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, management and external partners.
