HR Assistant in Laguna

Position : Human Resource Assistant Vacancy : 1 Gender / Age : Female / Between 24 to 29 years old Employment Type : Permanent Site Assignment : Office-based Salary Range : Php650 to Php680 per day Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Personnel to support the day- to-day HR operations of our company. She will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing timekeeping, administering employee benefits, preparing and monitoring employment contracts, facilitating performance evaluations, and handling various HR administrative functions. This role also requires coordination with partner schools and institutions that provide on-the-job trainees (OJTs). Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor regulations, and employment documentation.
• Experience in handling timekeeping, employee benefits administration, contracts and

performance evaluation is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision and managing multiple tasks

simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, management and external partners. Preferred Attributes
