Customer Service Representative/ Onsite

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally. - Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, accounting, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, call handling, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Contribute to team efforts by supporting process improvements and sharing feedback

- HS Graduate or College Graduate
