- HIRING FOR WAITER/SERVER LOCATED AT DARAGA ALBAY
- A Server/Waiter in a Bar is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a bar setting by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive experience for guests. The role involves communication, multitasking, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Customer Service:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive.Take food and drink orders from customers, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations.Ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their visit, including refilling drinks, providing additional napkins, or answering questions.Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Some employers may require certification in responsible alcohol service, depending on local regulations.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a food or beverage serving role is preferred but not always required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
