- Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for long periods, carry heavy trays, and move quickly in a busy environment.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well with other restaurant staff, including kitchen and management teams.
- Basic Math Skills: To handle payments, process bills, and give correct change.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak times in the hospitality industry.
- Appearance: Professional grooming and a clean, neat uniform to maintain a positive impression.
