1. Infrastructure & Operations
- Manage on premise and cloud infrastructure
- Network architecture, security, firewalls, servers, storage, and backup/disaster recovery planning
- IT service management, helpdesk operations, system maintenance, and ITIL best practices
2. Systems & Software
- Oversee ERP, HRMS, other business applications, databases, and enterprise software deployment & integration
- Evaluate, select, and implement software solutions aligned with business needs
- Data governance, and cybersecurity frameworks
3. Project & R esource Management
- Lead end-to-end IT project management — planning, budgeting, implementation, and go live
- Manage IT budget, procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiation
- Align IT strategy with organizational goals and business operations
4. Leadership & Management Skills
- Strong people management: lead, mentor, and develop IT staff; set performance goals and drive career growth
- Excellent strategic planning & decision-making: translate business needs into IT roadmaps
- Stakeholder communication: coordinate with department heads, management, and external vendors
- Problem-solving, crisis management, and IT risk assessment & mitigation
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree in IT,
2. Minimum 7–10 years’ progressive experience in Information Technology, with at least 3–5 years in supervisory/leadership or managerial role.
3. Proven track record managing IT teams, infrastructure, projects, and enterprise systems
