Loan Processor

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team and manage multiple U.S. loan files from application through closing.
You’ll review loan conditions, identify what’s missing, follow up with borrowers and third parties, and keep each file moving toward closing. This is a high-volume role for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and doesn’t need to be told what to do next.
What you’ll do
Manage multiple loan files and track outstanding conditions
Review and organize borrower documents
Communicate with borrowers by phone and email
Coordinate with lenders, appraisers, title and insurance providers
Identify potential delays and take action early
Keep file status and stakeholders updated
What we’re looking for
Strong organization and attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Experience with loan, case, file or client management
Confidence handling frequent follow-ups and difficult conversations
Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Mortgage experience is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with strong backgrounds in banking, financial services, real estate finance, or other roles involving complex documentation and follow-up.
Experience with U.S. mortgages, commercial/DSCR lending, underwriting conditions, appraisals, title or closing is a plus.
