Description - Assist in food preparation and cooking according to chef's instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Help with stock management and inventory control
- Support the serving staff during busy periods
- Perform heavy lifting as required for store supplies and kitchen equipment
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a kitchen environment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong cooking skill, knowledge of kitchen hygiene, and stewarding
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and customer-oriented attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist in various kitchen tasks
