SAP Financial

We are seeking an experienced SAP Financial Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) or SAP FICO (Finance/Controlling) . The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury Management (including Bank Communication Management, Cash Management, and Inhouse Cash) in an SAP S/4HANA environment .

As a Senior Associate (5) with 4 to 9 years of experience , you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing financial processes in SAP, working closely with stakeholders, and driving business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and optimize SAP FSCM or SAP FICO modules, focusing on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury Management .
• Lead or support SAP S/4HANA implementations , ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in financial supply chain management and controlling processes .
• Ensure integration between SAP finance modules and other business functions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Develop functional documentation and provide training to end users.
• Engage in stakeholder management, particularly at the managerial level, to ensure successful project execution.

• 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP FSCM or SAP FICO, with a focus on:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Treasury Management (Bank Communication Management, Cash Management, Inhouse Cash)
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience, especially for managerial roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands on experience on SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) OR SAP FICO (Finance/Controlling) focused on submodules Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury Management (Bank Communication Management, Cash Management, and Inhouse Cash)
• Implementation experience in SAP S/4 Hana
• Client and strong stakeholder management experience for Managers

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• SAP Certifications (not required but an advantage).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
