Job Description:
- Assist Account Coordinator with terminal-related concerns received from accounts daily.
- Provides complete and timely reports and updates to accounts based on set deliverables of key support groups.
- Establishes filing and documentation of the encoding system of account and other official and business-related records.
- Coordinates with Operations Department in the pick up and delivery of supplies, terminals, paper consumables, etc. to merchants.
- Prepares reports on a regular basis for submission to clients’ immediate superior and project managers.
- Prepares forms for any terminal related requests.
- Exerts best effort that the Quality Objectives are met; implements and/or carryout quality improvement activities and functions as Account Services Assistant as may be formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or by the executive management.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing and other related fields.
- Preferably with t least 1 year of work experience in performing sales executive and/or administrative functions.
- Keen on minute details, flexible, systematic, and results-oriented;
- Computer literate in windows-based applications with the ability to learn customer service software applicants.
- With excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas Pasig, City. (No work from home)
- Can start immediately.
