Purchasing Senior Supervisor | Lipa | Manufacturing

- Supervise daily purchasing operations and team performance
- Review and approve purchase requests and orders
- Source reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment
- Ensure purchasing activities follow company policies and budget
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain good relationships
- Prepare purchasing reports and track cost savings opportunities
- A graduate of any Engineering Course or any Business Course
- Has 6 to 8 years of experience in purchasing with a preference for the manufacturing industry. Experience in non-production materials purchasing (supplies, services, facility maintenance, construction, repairs) is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and customers.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of corporate governance requirements in purchasing.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
