JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree of Human Resource, Psychology or any related course
- With atleast 2 years’ experience as HR and Admin
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Willing to work in Lipa, Batangas
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out a range of administrative duties, including updating employee databases and managing the HR department’s emails and files.
- Keep precise records of employee attendance and leave to facilitate accurate payroll processing.
- Provide support to the HR Manager in creating policies, managing recruitment processes, and administering salaries.
- Oversee recruitment tasks such as posting job openings online, reviewing applications, and arranging interview schedules.
- Organize and coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
