- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Law, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in immigration services, consular affairs, or legal compliance (1-3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of immigration laws, visa processing, and government policies.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries and issues related to immigration.
- Attending meetings and representing the organization or agency in relevant discussions.
- Maintaining communication records and ensuring accurate information dissemination.
- Identifying and resolving communication problems or misunderstandings.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Assisting in the identification of criminals involved in illegal movement of improperly documented passengers.
- Gathering and sharing information related to the movement of improperly documented passengers.
