Drafting of letters, form, certifications, affidavits and authorizations in relation to permits and visa application of a Foreign National for:
- TIN
- Establishment Registration Number
- Alien Employment Permit
- Certificate of Exclusion
- Certificate of Exemption
- Provisional Work Permit
- 9(g) Visa
- 13(a) Visa
- Special Work Permit
- PEZA Visa
- Tourist Visa
- EO 226 Special Visa
- Downgrading of Visa (including ECC, AEP and I-Card Cancellations)
- Special Investor's Resident Visa (SIRV)
- Special Visa for Employment Generation (SVEG)
- Dependent's Visa
Preparation of documents for the permits and visa applications, such as:
- Photocopying and printing
- Sorting, arranging and compilation of documents for submission per Permits and Visa Checklists;
- Preparation of folder labels, if needed;
- Telephone inquiries, verifications, clarifications and follow ups with various government agencies for issues relative to permits and visa applications and other Immigration matters;
- Monitoring, updating and maintaining the General Immigration Tracker;
- Checking of government websites for recent advisories, memorandums, and other announcements;
- Preparation of Cash Advance Forms and Cash Advance Request Summary;
- Liquidation of all the receipts and requested cash advances.
- Notarization of all documents;
- Preparation of transmittal and deliveries addressed to clients/government offices;
- Filing of applications to government agencies.
