E-Commerce Operations Specialist

- Customer Engagement: Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and feedback across various platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook) in a timely and professional manner. [1]
- Sales & Conversion: Actively promote products, upsell/cross-sell, and apply digital sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. [1 , 2 , 5]
- Order & Inventory Management: Process online orders, track deliveries, coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams, and ensure stock levels are accurate. [1 , 3]
- Store Optimization: Monitor and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize the customer experience and optimize online conversion rates. [1 , 4 , 5]
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track sales performance, gather customer analytics, and use CRM tools or spreadsheets to refine sales strategies.
- Experience: Typically requires 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or B2C/B2B sales.
- Platform Familiarity: Proficiency in navigating e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) and social media channels.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport and handle complex online customer queries.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace, and experience with CRM or web analytics
- Preferably a resident of Meycauayan and Marilao or nearby areas.
