Accounting/Administrative Staff

- Prepare and maintain financial records and statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial planning.
- Prepare tax returns and assist with audits.
- Provide support for internal and external reporting requirements.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in budgeting, general ledger management, financial reporting, cash management, and tax reporting.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
