Analyst, Learning Delivery

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Analyst to manage end-to-end execution of learning programs within the Global Learning Enablement organization. The role handles scheduling, enrollment, virtual and onsite production coordination, participant support, and data-driven process improvement across organizational learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage program scheduling, setup, enrollment, communications, and learning system updates
• Coordinate virtual and onsite session production including venue, technology, materials, and vendor logistics
• Monitor enrollment, participant needs, attendance, completion records, and handle rescheduling or cancellations
• Support personalized learning tracks through intake management, coach coordination, and post-program follow-up
• Resolve routine delivery issues, escalate exceptions, and recommend process improvements based on feedback and data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• 2+ years experience in event management, learning, or HR operations
• Proficiency in learning management systems and virtual delivery platforms
• Data analysis, reporting, and trend identification capabilities
• Onsite event logistics and participant experience knowledge
• Strong coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Advanced English language proficiency
