• Supervise daily production operations to ensure output, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met.
• Lead, coach, and develop production staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance, downtime, and process improvements.
• Manage inventory levels, raw materials usage, and production supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, incidents, and compliance records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in production management systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
