QA Supervisor

- Develops and Initiates Quality Assurance Systems and Programs.
- Responsible in establishing quality standards through quality inspection of raw materials, in process, finished products, packaging and dispatch handling.
- Coordinates with Logistics and Operations Department for processes and specifications of new & existing products.
- Develop QA plans and other required process control procedures to insure processes, work in progress and finished goods meet the specified quality and standards.
- Develop, update and maintain procedures and documentation for all Quality Systems.
- Develop and provides training plans and modules, tools and techniques to enable other departments to achieve quality.
- Continuously evaluate the quality and food safety system for product and process improvement opportunities in collaboration with the other concerned department.
- Handle questions and complaints from clients
- Conducts trainings on employees on Quality Awareness, Good Manufacturing Practices, Hygiene and Sanitation, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, Plant Safety and Environmental concern to achieve and maintain Company’s Quality Systems as well as Client’s Quality System through effective trainings of employees.
- Conducts Monthly Good Manufacturing Practices Audit on the factory.
