The Client Hunter is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities for the Merchandising Department. This role focuses on active prospecting, client presentations, and deal conversion, working closely with merchandising and operations teams to deliver effective retail and in‑store solutions. The ideal candidate is results‑driven, field‑oriented, and thrives in a hunter sales environment. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in new client acquisition (hunter role), sales, or business development, preferably in retail, FMCG, or merchandising services
- Proven ability to prospect, cold call, pitch, and close new accounts
- Good understanding of retail merchandising, trade execution, and in‑store programs
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Results‑driven with a hunter mindset and ability to meet sales targets
- Comfortable using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline
- Willing to do field work, store visits, and client meetings
