Sales and Client Services Associate

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Promotion
- Facilitate campaigns and initiatives to generate new leads, improve sales conversion, and enhance the customer experience
- Promote and offer COL products and services— including the COL Strategic Growth Fund (CSG), COL Equity Index Fund (CEIF), and other key offerings— to prospective and existing clients
- Support the organization and facilitation of company events and financial literacy activities
Account Opening & Onboarding
- Manage the completion, review, and approval of account applications, ensuring timely funding and progression to the first investment or trade
- Provide responsive assistance to customer inquiries via walk-ins, email, or phone, ensuring clear communication and professional support
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all sales CRM platforms
- Prepare regular reports, including monthly sales reports and other required documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or any related course
- At least 2 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or Client Services; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data tools or dashboards is a plus
- Background in event planning, digital campaigns, or marketing communications is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of financial markets is preferred but not required
- Willing to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig City
