AI Automation Support (WFH)

Location: Remote Work Schedule: ~20 hours per week Rate: $8-12 USD per hour Role Overview We are seeking a technically skilled and AI-savvy professional to support both AI initiatives and software-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is actively exploring AI tools (particularly Claude) while also having hands-on experience handling software tickets, builds, and customer requests. Key Responsibilities Explore, test, and implement AI tools (with a focus on Claude) to improve workflows and efficiency Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for AI integration Handle software support tickets, including troubleshooting and issue resolution Assist with new builds, feature updates, and system improvements Respond to and manage customer technical requests in a timely manner Document processes, solutions, and AI use cases for internal reference Provide recommendations on optimizing systems and automation Qualifications Proven experience in a technical role (e.g., developer, technical support, or similar) Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools, particularly Claude Ability to troubleshoot software issues and manage support tickets Familiarity with web applications, APIs, or basic programming concepts Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup
