ERLS INTERNET CAFÉ
- Provide online customer support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms, resolving issues and providing assistance with online orders, account management, and technical support.
- Manage online content: Assist with the creation, updating, and maintenance of website content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Monitor online activity: Track website traffic, social media engagement, and online reviews to identify trends, gather customer feedback, and improve online presence.
- Basic computer skills: Proficient in using computers, including basic troubleshooting, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and internet browsers.
- Excellent customer service skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, resolve basic technical issues, and maintain a positive environment.
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills: Ability to multitask effectively, handle multiple customer requests simultaneously, and troubleshoot basic technical issues independently or with minimal supervision.
