Internet Cafe Assistant

TRES B-INTERNET CAFÉ
- Provide general administrative and technical support for online operations. This includes tasks such as managing website content, responding to online inquiries, assisting with social media marketing, and conducting basic website maintenance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns. This may involve conducting online research, creating and scheduling social media posts, analyzing website traffic data, and assisting with email marketing campaigns.
- Provide technical support to users of online platforms and applications. This may include troubleshooting technical issues, answering user questions, and providing basic training on online tools and applications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role. This may include experience in online customer support, social media management, or other relevant fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is crucial for interacting with customers online, creating engaging content, and representing the company professionally.

* Strong computer skills and internet literacy
* Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or other web development languages (a plus)
