- Greet and assist customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and providing product information to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain the organization of the sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are well-presented.
- Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash register operations or point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
