JOB REQUIREMENTS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, account concerns, billing issues, and general support needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Record and update customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical) for escalated concerns.
